Shipping Policy
Freebooter Blades ships all of its products via USPS. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Upgraded and rush shipments are available for an additional charge. For a quote on international shipping, please email us at info@freebooterblades.com.
Returns/Refunds
We offer a 7 business day return policy from the date of purchase. Anything after 7 business days will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
To complete your return, please contact us for an RA Form that must be completed and sent back with your item. Products sent without an RA Form will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without notification.
Custom Orders
Our custom ordered knives are made specially for you, are one of a kind, and therefore, cannot be returned or cancelled once your order is in process. This includes any custom engraving.
If you contact us to cancel within 7 business days of placing a custom order, we will cancel the order however, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@freebooterblades.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@freebooterblades.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for re-shipment of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- Freebooter Blades will not be responsible for any returned package due to customs regulations. We advise you to first check with your countries laws regarding knives prior to making your purchase. Should your package be returned to us, we will contact you to see how you'd like to re-ship. All additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer. International orders cannot be cancelled due to shipping issues.
